Warren Moon. He could throw one of farthest deep balls in the NFL in his prime.

Well, I have not seen every quarterback in the NFL throw, but I did see Randall Cuinnigham of the Eagles throw a flat footed pass 82 yds at veterans stadium.

Jamarcus Russell. I've seen him throw 80+ yards on one knee. Flat footed he can probably throw further. He has massive size and a strong arm, ideal for flat foot throwing. He isn't going to be the best NFL quarterback at all but he has a strong arm and huge body.

I'd say Fran Tarkenton, but when was he ever flat-footed. Seems he was always "on the run"

Tsk Tsk. You are all wrong - yes those guys all have good arms but comon you all know who really deserves this!!!

Comon haters... think about it... I'm no Bronco fan - I grew up begrudgingly respecting those (losing) Super Bowl teams - until the Seahawks moved the the NFC...

JOHN ELWAY. You ask any player in the league from that era and they will tell you. I recall a quote once by Ricky Natiel - one of the "3 Amigos" - Elway threw the ball so hard after the game he had the imprint of the nose of the ball on his chest.

In his prime Elway threw farther, harder and more accurately than anyone on the field. You might not like the Broncos, but I think you know it's true y'all.

And he didn't even have to be set - dude would toss it 80 yards easy across his body running the opposite direction.

He's the last QB to really run the Shotgun full-time effectively. The 6-7 yards behind the line were nothing.

JOHN ELWAY folks... seriously. Give the man his props. I think Randall Cunningham is a close second.
